Aloo Poha
This recipe’s focus is simplicity, making it ideal for those mornings when you take your time getting out of bed and the kitchen feels like a faraway place. You can effortlessly create a wonderful delight to taste without the hassle with just a fast rinse of poha, a harmonic combination of boiled potatoes, and a mix of aromatic spices!
- Pan
- Spatula
- 2 pcs Potato (Boiled)
- 2 pcs Onion (Chopped)
- 2 pcs Green Chillies (Chopped )
- 200 gram Poha
- 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 5-6 pcs Curry leaves
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Turmeric (हल्दी् )
- Salt (As per taste)

Heat oil in a pan and saute mustard seeds, onions, curry leaves, peanuts and green chillies

Once the onions are translucent, add potatoes, haldi and salt(according to taste).

Wash your Poha, drain it and add it to the pan, Mix well, Keep on Flame till its cooked.

Once the poha is ready, garnish it with coriander and lemon juice.
